I've been in conversation with the Support team since the 18th March trying to arrange a refund of a faulty item that I've worn once (was fine when I tried it on, but I realised that I can swim in it as the bottom half bloats up with water and leaves me exposed to the person swimming behind me!). I'm getting nowhere with this.After some generic "your return must have all labels attached" and me explaining that I've obviously taken the labels off, because the issue wasn't apparent til I swam in the costume, they asked me to send them a photo of myself in the costume?? Which I'm not comfortable doing at all, and the issue only shows when I'm in the pool anyway.It's now been at least three weeks, I'm past the 30 day return period, and I'm still not sure if they'll accept my return. I also need to return a different, unused item, and I'm currently out £140 while I'm waiting. Honestly really fed up with the whole experience, do not recommend.
