I was so excited about trying SoSo Swim as I've had my eye on their swimsuit for a while. I ordered the Black Swimsuit in Small. Unfortunately, it was too big, so I had to return it for a refund as my trip was in a couple of days and I wouldn't be able to receive an exchange on time. I was planning on buying the XS once I was back from my trip... BUT NOT ANYMORE!I tried on the swimsuit with all of the tags and hygiene stickers attached, submitted a return and packaged it the same day I received it (24th March) and posted it the day after (25th March).They received my return on 27th March. I came back from my trip wondering why I haven't received a refund or had any communication from them. I contact them three weeks later for an update on my refund. I then receive an email stating that it didn't meet their return requirements when I did NOT take any of the tags or stickers off. Never washed it, never wore it and it was still in original condition.What am I suppose to do send and take pictures/videos of every item I return...?!I would have been a lot more understanding of this decision and come to a solution, if they had informed of their decision once they had inspected my item. Instead of me having to chase them three weeks later?! Poor customer service.
