I really wanted to love this brand, but the experience has been, honestly, awful. I placed my order and waited patiently for 4 weeks before reaching out. Knowing they’re a small business, I tried to be understanding. When I first contacted them for an update, I received no clear dispatch date. A week later, I followed up again, and no response, even though the message was seen.When the order finally arrived, it was wrong. I ordered a top and a bottom, but received two pairs of bottoms, one of which was a completely random style. I’ve since contacted them twice more and tried reaching out on social media. Still no response. It’s now clear I’m not the only one this has happened to; I’ve seen multiple customers mention receiving incorrect orders and being ignored.Really disappointing experience. At this point, I don’t want a replacement; I just want a refund.
