Update! I have changed the rating to 4* because the company sent me a replacement bikini top which was in a different model for free. I love this style and it is way better for someone with a c cup (it’s the multi-tie top) and they did make an effort to make amends. I see they have also made big improvements to their size guide so I think they really listen to customer feedback.I ordered a bikini on 29th April on pre order and was told it would take 1-3 weeks, I received it on 23rd June - 8 weeks later.The bikini arrived with loose threads hanging out and terrible finishing on the bikini top. I purchased the wired bikini top, I am a C cup so not big but the flat board design is suitable only for A cup or smaller (I believe they have released a new design for this very reason). I requested an exchange, customer service agreed and said they would send a returns label. One week has passed and I still have no returns label.I initially wanted to exchange for a different size and style of top but now after this frustrating and stressful experience, I just want my money back and to not have to pay for my return. However the poor customer service makes me think this will not happen.To clarify, I did receive a 20% refund for the delay. It seems they have been completely overwhelmed by the number of orders and don’t have the capacity to manage the growth they are experiencing. The customer service responses felt like they were someone reeling off a text to their mate (very very informal), I was frustrated with my experience and I wanted to feel like I was in the hands of a professional who would get things sorted. This last point might be personal preference.Finally, they say size up on their sizes but why don’t they just make their bikinis the right size? I can see in other reviews here that everyone says they are too small.I tried so hard to keep going with my order but I have given up now and just want my money back.
