I had a really disappointing experience. My pre-order never arrived, and when I asked to switch, the communication was incredibly slow and unhelpful. When the replacement finally came, it was the wrong size and the wrong colour. I asked for this to be corrected, but again the communication was poor—they seemed to forget they had agreed to the switch and told me to place a new order with a discount code.It’s been a frustrating waste of time and money. The bikinis themselves are actually great quality, but it’s no use if I don’t get the chance to wear them.I’m still in communication with the team, and if anything changes, I’ll update this review—but for now, this has been a really disappointing experience.
