Hear me out - This is a small boutique swimwear company that mostly does online orders. These bathing suits are on the higher end cost wise and so customer service, especially via email, should be top priority. I ordered a swim suit this Sunday. Realized that the size was wrong, and within the same non working day sent them an email, asking them to please switch my size. It was on a Sunday, so it could have been caught for Monday morning. It’s now Thursday, and I’ve sent them 3 emails, and a follow up on their website chat box in order to get in touch with them. Absolute radio silence. However, when I just checked another negative review that was posted on trusted pilot 3 days prior, they have already responded. Customer communication and service doesn’t seem high up on their priority list. I am also from a different North American country where I will be paying high import fees for their swimwear. This has definitely left a not SoSo amazing taste in my mouth. Will be needing a return and won’t be purchasing again from this company in the future.
