I paid £160 for a bikini and a swimsuit. The bikini arrived with the wrong bottoms, and the swimsuit had visible marks all over the lower area. It was clearly worn and absolutely unacceptable.I contacted their website chat immediately but received no response for two days, so I reached out via Instagram. I was eventually emailed by customer service and instructed to return the items through their portal, selecting “faulty” and explaining the issue in the notes. I did exactly that and was led to believe I would receive a refund.This morning, I received an email saying my refund was being refused because the item was “dirty.” The item was dirty when it arrived — that is the entire reason I returned it. It’s extremely concerning that items are being sent out without proper quality checks.I have been chasing this issue for four weeks through emails and messages, only to be met with inconsistent communication and no resolution. I was initially told I would receive a refund, and now I’m being denied one. The whole process has been messy, unorganised, and incredibly disappointing, especially from a small business that promotes high standards.I am still waiting for this to be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.
