Well, very short experience but quite intense. At the beginning nice and quick reply, then you recognize the impatience growing when main didn't arrive to my account, asking for another mail address, finally getting aggressive when asking for another payment options (as if credit card is so exotic and full of fraud). They cancelled the reservation probably because my reply on whatsApp took too long.. Very unprofessional and impatience "support" requiring a short training in how to handle with customers.
