Jodi came into the listing agreement recommending a sales price 25% higher than other agents that I had contacted. She had an excellent marketing approach and sold the property in 18 hours for 6.6% higher than the listing price. She came to the table with qualified buyers in hand and I can’t say enough in praise of her and the experience with Sotheby’s. I know it is a hot market in Southwest Florida but I had other agents from one of the major real estate companies in the country who could not produce one offer in 10 months just five months before signing with Sotheby’s . I highly recommend them and Jodi Hanson she produced as promised.
