Brilliant company.
I reached out to them after a necklace I'd given my Stepdaughter with a pendant had broken. I'd wanted to purchase a replacement but couldn't find one. They said they'd replace it free of charge. How wonderful was that? It was coming up to my Stepdaughters birthday and I'd have given it her along with other things, she doesn't as yet know this is coming. To return the kindness I've bought more for her from the same company. Their items are lovely to be fair. I bought her a bracelet, a ring, got a free necklace, a deal was on, online. The ring is so lovely I've gone back online today and purchased myself one.
