I ordered my bracelet then it said I have 2 free gifts when I accepted the gifts it didn’t say it was an additional charge it said free when I clicked checkout I was charged an additional $96 I immediately contacted them to refund me my $96 because I’m not paying for free gifts and no one has responded to my emails and the number they have available no one answers it just say you have reached them after business hours and it’s 10am in the morning
