I placed my order on the 26th of November and received a confirmation code. I sent an email on the 30th of November asking for an estimated delivery date, and again on December 2nd. My payment has been processed by the company, but I have yet to receive a response from them. This is intended as a Christmas gift. This will be my first and last order from this company unless I receive a prompt reply.
