I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience. I placed an order back in April, and while it was marked as delivered, the package was stolen. I provided proof of this through my Ring camera footage and reported the issue to both the company and Klarna.Unfortunately, the customer service I received was very disappointing. Initially, they offered a 50% discount for me to repurchase the same items—despite the fact that my original order totaled $219. I felt this wasn’t a fair resolution, especially since I provided clear evidence of the theft. I've now filed a third dispute through Klarna, and surprisingly, the company has lowered their offer to just 20% off a reorder.For comparison, I’ve had similar situations with other companies, and they replaced the items free of charge—no hassle. This contrast has made this experience even more frustrating.Additionally, I later learned that the company may be using artwork without proper credit or permission, which is something I would’ve wanted to know before making a purchase, as it would have impacted my decision.Overall, this experience left me feeling very disappointed, and I hope others have a better outcome.
