I placed my order on the 26th of November and received a confirmation code. I emailed on the 30th of November asking for an estimated delivery date and again on December 2nd. The company has taken my payment, but I have not received any response. This is intended as a Christmas gift. This will be my first and last order from this company unless I get a prompt reply.
