Deceptive practices. I placed three orders with the company. The first wig matched the website image perfectly, which made me confident enough to place a second order. Unfortunately, this wig differed significantly in texture and appearance from what was advertised. Returning the wig was a struggle, as the seller insisted on charging me for return shipping and a $20 restocking fee due to their mistake. I decided to give them another chance with a third order, only to face the same issues again. Once more, I had to cover the return shipping costs and am now disputing the restocking fee. I won't be ordering from this company again and plan to file a report with the BBB.
