I ordered a pair of boxer shorts for my boyfriend on November 1st and the website said my package would arrive on December 1st... it's now March and I still haven't received anything, I've contacted them but no one would help me, when I asked for my money back I was told that it wasn't possible at all. So that was 600 kr out the window
