Ordered hoodies. One of the jumpers had a hole in from the embroidery. Also alot of loose and extra threads. And colours overlapping where they shouldn't have. Going back and forth with customer service trying to get them to see this and get some sort of refund. They are now not responding for over a week on emails and insta.
