I have purchased multiple guitars from the company and traded some in during the process. The staff have been exceptional, and I appreciate that they allow you to take your time trying out the guitars while being available for assistance if needed. They offer a fantastic selection of guitars. I can't find anything to criticize about this place—though my wallet may feel differently! LOL
