I subscribed for a year on a deal and forgot about it since the service is poor. A year later, they charged my card again without any warning for another full-price subscription. They didn’t inform me about the automatic renewal. Any attempts to contact support go unanswered. My account is even disabled despite having paid for another year. I do not recommend this service; it’s subpar and employs predatory practices.
