This feels like a scam and is extremely unethical. Even though I’m on the free plan, I was still charged. Every time I seek assistance, I receive the same response about switching to the free plan. Additionally, I can’t find any option to remove my credit card details. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY.
