I signed up only to test the platform and authorized a single payment of 10.75 €. Shortly after, I cancelled my subscription. Despite this, a much larger charge (“balance settlement”) was attempted. I never selected this amount and I never approved any additional payment through my secure banking app.
What I personally found concerning:
– unclear billing after cancellation
– attempts to charge a significantly higher amount without additional authorization
– difficulty removing payment details or fully closing the account
Because of this situation, I will initiate a cancellation and dispute through my bank, and if necessary I am prepared to pursue legal steps to protect myself.
The tool itself may be interesting, but my experience with the billing system was stressful and time-consuming. Please double-check the subscription terms and keep an eye on your credit card notifications.
This is only my personal experience — others may have different results — but I believe more transparency and user control are essential.
