My son visited The Sound Shop at the weekend after seeing a guitar he liked the look of on their website. We were greeted by John who immediately started chatting with us and got the measure of my son's tastes and requirements within a few minutes.John was a treasure trove of advice and knowledge and very attentive the whole time we were there.Having worked out what my son wanted John guided us with honesty and expertise resulting in us leaving the shop with exactly the right guitar and a deal we were all happy with.We will absolutely return to The Sound Shop. John is an extremely professional and experienced guy and I suspect we only scratched the surface of his wealth of knowledge in all things music related.Thanks again John for all the help and support.
