I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Sourced Development group , and I must say it is nothing short of a nightmare. In 2021, I reserved a off plan studio flat KINGSWAY Square. After paying a reservation fee and deposit for a project that was not approved by Liverpool Council, I was assured that a refund would be processed promptly. However, what followed was a series of broken promises and unfulfilled commitments. Despite repeated assurances and countless letters from the company, I have yet to receive my deposit back. The constant uncertainty and lack of resolution have taken a significant toll on my well-being.It has been a years-long ordeal and it is causing me unrelenting stress and emotional distress for over 2 years. Their lack of accountability and sheer incompetence and disregard for customer welfare displayed by Sourced Developmnet Group and their associates are staggering. Their failure to address my refund request in a timely and compassionate manner speaks volumes about their lack of integrity.I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Sourced Development Group to proceed with extreme caution.
