I submitted 7 lots for sale which they accepted, only five appeared on site. When I enquired they said ‘not enough auction value on those’, they had never told me this. They said’ collect them next time you’re passing’, with no specific timeframe. When I went to collect payment on my goods sold, and retrieve my unsaleable goods, only three of five items sold was on invoice, they reviewed this and found one item they omitted in my payment and said the other was unsold.When I asked about retrieving my items not put up for auction and the unsold one, they informed me that there was a 7 day period for this which I had missed. I said no one had told me this at any point, at which they repeated “Terms and Conditions” ad nauseam.Having accepted two lots from me to be put up for sale and then deciding not to sell them, I should have been informed of this, with instructions to collect, as they were no longer under their sale terms and conditions.It is my belief they are a bunch of unprofessional, opportunistic chancers. I would advise people not to sell through them.
