Very poor communication, difficult to contact. Did not send a tracking number and did not notify me when item was returned to sender. Did not respond to emails, had to call multiple times per week over the course of two weeks for them to actually pick up. They sent the item to the wrong address, then tried to cover it up. Employees were courteous, but manager was rude. Refused to pay for re-postage of the item until I threatened a chargeback. Overall a very poor experience, I would avoid if you plan on having the item posted instead of picking it up.
