Completely dissatisfied with the service

This service is utterly frustrating. They raised my bill from £19 to £28 a month, and now I've had no water since Sunday morning. It's now Tuesday at 8:45 am, and still no water. I have health issues that make it difficult to carry bottles of water for the toilet, and I can assure you they will increase the bills again next year.

Lack of Water Supply Despite Priority Status

I am registered as a priority for water emergencies, yet there has been no water supply in my area of TN2. I was anticipating a delivery of water, but even after making two calls to the company's emergency contact number, no water was provided. I have completely lost faith in this company’s ability to support vulnerable members of the community.

I’m registered as a priority for water emergencies, yet there has been no water supply in my area. I expected assistance but even after contacting the emergency line twice, no water was delivered. My trust in this company to care for vulnerable individuals has completely diminished.

Their motto is meaningless

The company's motto is 'Every Drop Counts', yet they have a hosepipe ban in effect. This is evident by how slowly they are addressing a leak reported over a month ago. We're entering a season where wet roads can be hazardous, but this seems to be of little concern to them. Higher bills, diminished service.
