This service is utterly frustrating. They raised my bill from £19 to £28 a month, and now I've had no water since Sunday morning. It's now Tuesday at 8:45 am, and still no water. I have health issues that make it difficult to carry bottles of water for the toilet, and I can assure you they will increase the bills again next year.
