I arrived 30 minutes later than my appointment time (the train was late!), but I was warmly welcomed at Reception, and was seen almost straight away by Dr Julia Martin.Dr Martin quickly assessed my skin condition and explained clearly her suggestion for a procedure to rectify this long-standing problem.Excellent!On the appointed day, the procedure was carried out by Dr Lilliana Luna. After explaining the procedure and likely outcome, she got to work on the problem area on my face.
