I was able to see Dr. Luna within a reasonable timeframe from my initial contact. She was proactive in offering me the choice to continue my treatment with her or another consultant, and gave me time to consider without pressure. Dr. Luna was friendly, listened to my concerns, and explained my request to surgically remove my linear nevus, though alternative treatments were not discussed in detail.Due to the practice’s busy schedule, I opted to have my surgery with Dr. Robertshaw. Although I was initially anxious about seeing a different doctor, Dr Robertshaw was calm and knowledgeable in manner which quickly reassured me. She offered an alternative treatment option, which helped me feel more confident about the procedure.While I did feel slightly on the spot when considering a different treatment method option on the day of surgery, I believe Dr. Robertshaw’s advice led to a less invasive approach and a positive outcome. I am still healing, but overall I would highly recommend both Dr. Luna and Dr. Robertshaw for their attentive care and thoughtful management of my treatment and look forward to sharing the final results with them in the coming weeks.
