Both the representative and the driver were exceptionally friendly. We received excellent information about the day, both beforehand and throughout. There were movies and snacks on board to entertain the children. I had three older girls with me, aged between 9 and 15, and they had the most enchanting time. The representative consistently ensured everyone had what they needed and was comfortable. There were comfort breaks during the journey both ways. I would definitely travel with this service again and have recommended it to many people.
