Both the representative and the driver were incredibly welcoming. We received thorough information about the day both in advance and during the trip. There were movies and snacks available to keep the children entertained. I traveled with three older girls aged 9 to 15, and they had a truly enchanting experience. The representative ensured everyone had what they needed and was comfortable. There were convenient breaks during the journey to and from the destination. I would absolutely choose this service again and have recommended it to many others.
