I ordered the a pool light from this "company" from Facebook (red flag #1) on July 11, 2025. After a few weeks it hadn't yet arrived (red flag #2) and the tracking number they sent me looked suspect (red flag #3). I wrote customer service and they gave me some BS about how they would reach out to the carrier to "expedite shipping." (red flag #4) Another week went by and nothing. I emailed them again and got the exact same canned response. (red flag #5) When I did attempt to track the product is said it was stuck in Ireland, than made it's way through customs and into the US, then got stuck again in Tallahassee for another week or so. I finally received the product 38 days after placing the order and the package was slightly damaged and did not show any signs of being shipped internationally. (red flag #6). Keep in mind that their website says that all orders ship from a local warehouse in 5-7 days. (red flag #7). After all of that, the damn thing doesn't even work, so for the past week I've been going back and forth with them over it. This product is lacking in quality and typical Chinese garbage being sold by a typical Chinese scumbag (aren't they all!?)They offered me a refund of $8.00. (I paid $47.00 with shipping.) I should have trusted my gut and not ordered this thing, so hopefully you can learn from my mistake. Next step is to dispute the charge with my bank. What a waste of time and money!
