Extremely disappointing experience. I have been in contact with them daily for over three weeks, but still no resolution. When I call, I'm often transferred to someone who is either on a break or unavailable, leaving me on hold. Eventually, they promise to call me back later or the next day, but I never receive any updates. It's been a frustrating situation as I still haven't received my courtesy car. The accountability and customer service have been very lacking.
