They require £59 upfront for an initial consultation, and when I inquired about a refund if I didn't feel confident after the initial session, they stated I would still receive a will for that price. I expressed that if I didn't request a will, I would essentially be paying £59 for just a conversation. The representative didn’t understand my point, insisting I would receive a will even though I was not moving forward. I resent paying for a service before having the chance to evaluate a company, and there was a definite pressure tactic involved.
