The Will service has been impressively good so far. I may consider giving 5 stars once the process is finalized and any minor issues are addressed. The representative had a wonderfully relaxed demeanor that was very comforting. I deeply miss my wife of 50 years, and the representative showed more empathy than expected. The tax implications discussed at the end of the appointment revealed a lot I was unaware of, including the need to reach out to my pension provider for important inquiries. Overall, I was very impressed with the service.
