They advertise a “hassle-free refund” policy, but in reality, they only offer refunds for faulty items – not for returns or if you simply change your mind. This is not made clear unless you dig into the small print.They also charge high delivery fees, and claim to offer “24/7 Customer Care”, which is absolutely not the case – customer service is slow, unresponsive, or nonexistent.It’s clear the site is designed to entice customers with attractive wording, but if you miss the hidden terms, you’ll likely be left out of pocket. For this reason, I chose not to order.Be careful – read everything thoroughly before you commit.
