Communication is not great. Try to phone my local branch and I get through to every office apart my local branch. Constant price hikes throughout my time with them. Staff always out the office smoking hence why they can never answer the phone.Nor very professional that you comment on my account issues in responding to my review. Still wouldn’t recommend to anyone hence why I left
