The business owner and his technician came to my property, promising to resolve my WiFi signal issues. Unfortunately, they left me in a worse situation than before and insisted on payment before leaving. My WiFi signal and stability are now worse than prior to their visit. They've ignored multiple calls and messages from me. I feel very upset and let down. They’ve created a bigger problem and seem to have abandoned any attempt to fix it after receiving full payment. I strongly advise avoiding this business.
