I rented out my space, the support staff confirmed via email that the renter had paid even though the web site said $0.00 earned. Now the site says the payment failed, support is unresponsive and I still don't have any money deposited in my bank account. No wonder they have an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. I'll probably have no choice but to cancel the booking.
