Firstly, I booked a disabled ticket.. however no provision was made for disabled or limited mobility guests.. the car park was exactly the same distance from the venue than the able bodied carpark directly at the side!..the walk was a good distance on uneven grass, soil and sand. Pushing a wheelchair was almost impossible! There were no disabled toilets we could find and the staff had no clue.Secondly, the original advert advertised a family orientated evening.. bring a picnic etc. 24 hrs before the event we were sent an email saying a picnic ticket would have to be purchased at nearly £4 a head! .. this was to include bringing a seat! ... asking people to actually pay to sit and eat thier own food! Really??? This was compounded by the cost of the on site food! Chicken and chips in cardboard £16!! Daylight robbery! We are a family of 8! Who can afford that??.. Added to the cost of the only entertainment ie the Funfair £5 for kids rides and £10 for the adult rides!! We had some very sad, bored and disappointed kids! What is family friendly about those costs when the cost of living is through the roof! Having to entertain 3 kids for an extra hour just added to the madness! On top of the freezing temperatures it made the whole evening just horrendous..And then the main event.. the drone show.. well wow.. is that really what we froze and paid through the nose for!! You really need to go back to the drawing board.. look at or better still visit Dubai drone shows, get some training and ideas that are worth paying for! I am not surprised people left in droves! I will not be surprised if your inundated with refund requests! Simply put, if you cant do it well and affordable... don't do it at all!
