Overpriced with lots of hidden fees. Technically these fees are on the contract, but you don't get to see this until you have paid the £100 reservation fee. £50 move out fee minimum!Rooms were nice and in good locations, but common areas contained mould and ants. Almost no freezer space and they refused to add more. Internet was too slow to allow me to stream when my flatmates did and I was told the speed could not be increased as it was the same across all their properties (even though the new ones were advertised with faster broadband). They tried to increase the rent a few months after I moved in by £50 - it was already overpriced!I'm now paying the same amount for a bigger room with a private lounge in a lovely house. Glad I moved!
