Extremely difficult to reach, when they get in trouble they cut off their phone lines, when you need a repair, they pretend they never got your 10 emails. When you want any money back, they disappear. Please please please do not rent with Spaces, especially if you are younger in school or an intern - They will take advantage of your lack of experience renting.
