The first time I required customer service, it was a nightmare. No one seemed to know what the other person was doing. I got multiple emails from multiple people all asking for the same thing. Finally, I was able to send my unit back to be repaired. This time, I only dealt with one person-Jeanne. She was excellent! Got back to me right away, ensured that shipping and tracking was known by both parties and followed up to make sure everything went well. I don't know what happened, but it's improved 100%.
