I always use this Space Touch Jupiter. I feel my skin is still good b/c i use it. I had never problems but After 3 yrs using, it got connection problems so I emailed to Space touch company . They are very nice and specially, Jeanne emailed me very kind and helpful. I sent my broken Jupiter and they sent me new device quickly. I’m using brand new Jupiter now . I appreciate very much to Space touch company and Jeanne 🙏😊
