Yesterday I attended the Bedford Branch for a Cataracts Assessment. I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of every staff member I came across - from the Receptionist who gave me Directions (when my phone had no signals), to the Practitioners (Admin & Medical).Not least, when my cab was late arriving,two employees insisted on my waiting inside, past Closing Time! Huge thanks ‘everyone’, for being made to feel comfortable throughout!
