The person who dealt with the call after taking my details very quickly and abruptly replied as the surgery was more than 6 months ago there was nothing he could do and said go back to your optician. This I did to be told I had PCO in my right eye that needed YAG laser treatment. I was then advised by the optician that she had to refer it to my GP surgery for them to send a request to Spa for examination and treatment. Basically starting from square one.Surely once an optician had identified a problem from cataract surgery there would be an easier route than starting from scratch and hoping for an appointment sooner rather than later.
