Waited 8 weeks for initial appointment Cancelled due to a power cut - things happen I get thatWas called & informed I would get an appointment later that day - didn’t happenI called the central team and was told I would get an appointment the same week and eventually spoke to the Chelmsford branch as I had been told only they could organise it They couldn’t and told me to ring the central team who then offered me an appointment in a further 6-8 weeks time Waiting a call back from the area manager This company who is representing the NHS is an absolute joke Update - The area manager has arranged an appointment for the same day and a cab to take me and bring me back but sadly one person is not the company
