My daughter has been a student for some time with Spanish Academy. I am tired of wasting time trying to log in, and then finding out that there are -- yet again -- technical difficulties that either don't allow the class to happen at all, or we are 5 or 10 minutes late, sometimes even later. We have a very busy schedule, and I can't keep doing this. This time it was the audio that wouldn't work -- the teacher couldn't hear her speak. We both restarted our computers, to no avail. I wasted 15 minutes trying to figure it out. Last time the teacher had no electricity. The time before that, the connection was so poor, it was a good 10 minutes before the class could even start. I wanted a refund immediately of the remaining classes. I have no intention of using them. I'll have to move on to something else that works better for my daughter and doesn't waste our time. I was told repeatedly by the Chat worker that there is a refund policy denying my request that apparently is news to me, otherwise I wouldn't have made the bulk purchase in the first place. Policy or not, it's within my rights to receive one, especially since service is SO POOR!
