If I could rate 0 stars - it would be deserved.Made a purchase and selected the Free (Standard) Shipping. Was told by Spanx that Standard Shipping could take up to 9 business days. I am a retailer whi ships packages EVERY DAY and nothing I have ever shipped in the more than 12 years I have been in business has ever taken 9 business days. I mostly ship USPS and everything has always been delivered within 3 days. On occasion I will ship Fedex Home.Every day I received notices that the package was out for delivery, only to never be delivered. Of course on the 9th business day I received a "Package Delivered" notification with a picture of about 10 various packages on a damn loading dock somewhere. It is not my responsibility to seek out what loading dock Spanx sent my package to when it should have been delivered to my home.They will never see another penney of my money.
