I've ordered a Bosh parts to fix my Random-orbital-sander, and have to pay immediately.-So, Sparepartsworld get my money, but the day after, they said me "sorry, the part is no longer available, and we will refund you"-Then, five more day after, no money back !-I've made another mail to ask to be refunded, for all the costs (price and bank transfers taxes)-Finally, I've been refunded, but not totally because of the euro/pounds change.-I've lost my time, I didn't get the parts and lost some money.
