I placed an order at the beginning of December, expecting delivery within a few days, but that did not happen. After reaching out to the company several times, I was informed that the delivery would take up to two weeks due to the item coming from overseas. I received the same explanation right before Christmas. In January, I was told the company had no updates on my order and that someone would contact me soon. Unfortunately, no one did. I was later advised to send an email, but I never received a reply. My recent phone calls have been incredibly frustrating. Calls have been dropped, I’ve been put on hold repeatedly, and at times I was told there were “interruptions,” even though I could hear the representative clearly. I've also faced multiple dropped calls. Overall, the poor communication, inconsistent information, and subpar customer service have been very disappointing. I'm still waiting for a clear update on my order or a resolution. I HAVE MANAGED TO GET THROUGH AND REQUESTED A REFUND - I WILL UPDATE HOW THIS HAS RESOLVED.
